To provide reliable FTTH broadband connectivity and fulfill legal telecommunication licensing requirements mandated by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), we collect:
- Subscriber full legal name, national identity number (NID / Passport), and contact phone number.
- Installation physical address, apartment coordinates, and router hardware MAC address.
- Billing transactions, payment references, invoice history, and customer portal interaction logs.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Collected information is utilized strictly to:
- Configure optical line terminations, provision static or dynamic IP allocations, and deploy field technicians.
- Deliver automated SMS/email billing receipts, proactive maintenance notices, and outage announcements.
- Fulfill telecommunications compliance and statutory security directives.
3. Network Traffic & Browsing History
ProJuctinet values user privacy. We do NOT log, inspect, sell, or monetize private browsing history or content payloads. All data moving across our transit backbone is treated with strict neutrality under zero-throttle protocols.
4. Payment Credentials Encryption
We do not store complete credit card or mobile banking PINs on our servers. All digital payments (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, Stripe) are routed through encrypted SSL/TLS 1.3 gateways meeting PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
