Terms of Service & Network Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Version 2.4
1. Provision of Fiber Broadband Service
ProJuctinet Communications Ltd. provides high-speed optical fiber broadband connectivity to designated residential and commercial premises. Services are subject to local infrastructure accessibility, line-of-sight drop cable paths, and terminal box port availability in designated coverage zones.
2. Billing Cycle and Payment Terms
Broadband subscriptions operate on a prepaid monthly billing cycle starting from the initial optical signal activation date. Invoices are automatically generated 5 calendar days prior to subscription renewal. Failure to settle outstanding invoices by the due date may result in automated temporary line suspension.
3. Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) & ONU
Optical Network Units (ONU) and optical patch cords supplied under promotional zero-rental schemes remain the legal property of ProJuctinet. In the event of service termination or account closure, the subscriber agrees to return undamaged hardware or settle replacement equipment charges.
4. Fair Usage and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Subscribers agree not to use the connection for illegal transmission, unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) orchestration, unauthorized BTRC voice termination (illegal VoIP), or redistribution to third-party buildings without commercial carrier licensing.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime Guarantee
ProJuctinet targets a 99.9% uptime metric on primary optical backbones. Unscheduled outages caused by municipal road excavation or aerial fiber cuts by third parties are addressed through our rapid-dispatch emergency splicing crews within an average MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) of 120 minutes.
